Davis, California

Davis, CA is known for its bicycles, toad tunnel, the University of California - Davis and Wikipedia told me that it was ranked the second most educated city in the US by CNN Money Magazine. Other things it is known for: farmers markets, Whole Earth Festival, Picknic Day, Sudwerk Brewery and the Mondavi Center. Fun Fact: It was first known as Davisville until it was shortened to “Davis” in 1907. As part of my picture project before I leave my friend Jen took me around Davis.

East Sacramento

Well I was hoping to have a "celeb friend" before I wrote my next blog. I even waited a week before posting this but so far I have not been successful. My first thought was to tweet a bunch of people. That didn’t work. My next thought is to write actual letters to people. Like always I will keep you updated.

Etsy.com & Pinterest.com if those two things don’t make you want to be more creative I don’t know what will. So...I started a picture project this past weekend. I am doing it for two reasons. 1. to do something creative 2. to document things I want to remember. When I am done I hope to create a “neighborhood wall”. Showcasing East Sacramento (Sacramento), Davis, Tahoe, Loomis and Napa/Sonoma.

Here are some of the pictures I have so far....
